January Library Events for YOU

The library will be open twice a month for MEET ME IN THE LIBRARY! 

I will be available for all staff to help find books in the library or on our virtual library for your students, for you, and for your lessons (any subject).

Dates and Times:

January 11 @ 6:30-7:30 AM & 4:00-5:00 PM

January 26 @ 6:30-7:30 AM & 4:00-5:00 PM

Starting next Monday I will have BOOKS ON A CART for all of YOU! These books are not for your classroom, but for you all to enjoy! You are all welcome to bring books to donate and swap or just come and browse the BOOKS ON A CART! When you finish the book, I just ask that you pass it on or put back on the cart for others to enjoy! If you would like to do a BOOK TALK for any of the books, please feel free! I am starting book talks with our students, so this would be neat to have for you all too!

I wanted to also make you all aware of the TEACHER COMPUTERS that are located in the LMC for your convenience. If you ever need to use a computer, and get out of your classroom during your conference STOP BY!

If your class is scheduled for the LMC on a Holiday, PLEASE PLEASE make sure to sign up to bring your class in for about 15 minutes to get new Library Books. My Day 1 rotation will not visit the LMC until 3 rotations in, because of all of the Holidays.

LMC - Welcome Back 2017

Reminders

Teachers please make sure that students are turning in ANY finished books to the LMC even if they are not visiting today! Students can keep any books that are unfinished, until their next rotation.

If students, have completed their books and would like new books the LMC is open EVERY MORNING this week until 7:45 for book check out. Morning Mania teachers please allow students to come switch out books in the morning. 

Teachers please remember that if a blue and yellow cart is brought to you, please make sure that it is returned no later than 11.
