Mathematics: Going Digital with Our Assessments

Ms. Bobb has Eduphoria buzzing along. We are now able to create answer keys and scan documents! With this new capability, we need to streamline our process for testing. This new process will be utilized for the assessment due this Friday ( Sept. 23) and for all subsequent assessments.

Please follow the steps below to submit assessments and answer keys.

1. Submit your assessments to Ms. Dettwiler using Google Docs by the deadline.

2. After Ms. Dettwiler has reviewed the assessment and made suggestions, submit a finalized copy to Ms. Dettwiler.

3. Submit a copy of the assessment AND an answer key (including the TEKS) to Ms. Bobb so she can create the answer key in Eduphoria.

4. Ms. Bobb will print scantrons in preparation for the assessment.

If you have any questions, see Ms. Dettwiler or Ms. Bobb.

Two Week Math Checkpoint Assessments

In order to help alleviate concerns over the number of copies needed to complete the Two Week Math Checkpoints, I am offering to make those copies for your teams. However, to maximize my time and energy, it is imperative that your team turn the assessments in on time (look at the schedule below).

If your team turns in the assessment on time, I will gladly make the necessary copies before you administer the assessment. However, if your team does not turn the assessment in on time, your team will be responsible for making your own copies.

Please ensure that your two week assessment is turned into Ms. Dettwiler no later than 10:00am on the following dates:

Friday, Sept. 9
Friday, Sept. 23
Friday, Oct. 7
Friday, Oct. 21
Friday, Nov. 4
Friday, Nov. 18
Friday, Dec. 9
Friday, Dec. 23

Please click the link below to add your name and the number of copies you need for each assessment.
