SGPs-Link


BFK-Window for administrators to do initial check for SGP rosters in BFK


BFK-Link- Roster Verification- (Teachers) Apr 18 - April 27


BFK-Link- Review and Approval-(Administrators) Due by May 4

It is also on ePortal under forms in the Invest Professional Folder.

INVEST Portfolio/Artifacts How-To Guide

Below you will find a helpful video as well as an How-To Guide for uploading artifacts into your MyLearningPlan.


It is also important to remember that you must submit/log all professional development 
for the 2017-18 school year on the Professional Development Log in MyLearningPlan.

These updates are to questions that arose in the first training on March 8th. 
All answers are from Ms. Bastro--the director for INVEST for the district.

Question: Will we need to include the Artifact Reflection form(INV7) with our artifacts?

Answer: NO...once you upload the artifact and complete all sections that meets the requirements.

Question: Will we need to complete the Professional Development Log found in MyLearningPlan and complete the Professional Development Form (INV8).
Answer: Everyone must upload their PD into the forms in MyLearningPlan. There are 2 sections provided for up to 20 PD Sessions. If you need more space or sections you can upload your INV8 as an artifact. 
Also--don't forget your certificates! Those can be uploaded as well as an artifact.

Need more assistance with this? Need a hands-on demonstration? There will be 2 sessions available for you to stop by and meet with Mrs. Glass.

INVEST Updates

Reminder: The final INVEST Training will happen today from 4-5 pm in the Science Lab.

Here's a few items you might want to remember:

Attendance (Absences): You can get your totals in AESOP.
How?  - Click the absences tab, select past absences, then select the "this school year" date range.

Note: Select to print the page but change the printer to "save to Drive" and it will save this page as a PDF.

Extra-Curricular Involvement Log: Click here to get a copy of the Extra- Curricular Involvement Log. If I missed any events that took place after-school or over the weekend for the school, please include in other and let me know! You will need a certificate/proof that you volunteered. See the host/organizer for more information on that.


Professional Developments: 

More frequently asked questions:

  • How many hours should we have?
    • 24-35 hours is Proficient
    • > 35 hours is Distinguished
  • What the difference between INVEST and CPE Hours?
    • INVEST is any PD/SD that took place outside of work hours IN ALDINE.
    • CPE is any PD/SD.
