• Update the Google Face-to-Face Log (see aldineisd.org bookmarks for link)

• Check your updated RtI Class List in Google Drive 

• Progress Monitor your Tier 2 students by Friday March 9th

RtI Updates--Action Required

1. RtI Letters were placed in your mailboxes on Friday. Please make sure these letters go home. Please encourage students to get letters signed and returned. Those students who return their letters will get a special treat from me. Please place returned letters in my box.

2. Please progress monitor your tier 2 students ONLY this week on Renaissance Learning by following the instructions below. If you have questions about how do it, or if you have misplaced your list please come and see me.

RtI Updates

Just a Few Reminders...

• I will begin pulling Tier 3 students this week in addition to holding EIT Meetings for those teachers who've emailed me with their concerns. This means that my schedule will be very tight, so I ask that you please be flexible with me. I'll make adjustments as needed. 

• Please turn in your RtI Referral Forms before the date of your scheduled EIT Meeting. You can print out the completed form(s) and place it in my box OR submit it via email.

• If you haven't already, please pull your intervention groups this week and log those students onto the Google Face-to-Face Log. The Face-to-Face Log can be found on the aldineisd.org bookmarks tab located on your favorites toolbar.  I would like to thank the following teachers who've already started that process: C. Sharle, J. Boudreaux, M. Duque, T. Ford, J. Rawls, and R. Becerra

• My Program Director is compiling a list of Computer Based Interventions for Reading and Math. These programs are supplemental and will NOT replace small group and/or one-to-one instruction

Action Required--Tier 2 RtI Students

If you have students in Tier 2, please document their RtI interventions on the Google Face-to-Face Log. This log MUST be completed for all Tier 2 students receiving interventions. You are also welcome to use this log to document your Tier 1 students. This log does NOT take the place of your teacher notes. It is a tracking sheet to keep up with interventions for our Tier 2 students. If you would like a copy of your log, please email me and I will send it to you. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you!

  

How to Access and Complete the Google Face-to-Face Log:

1. Click on the aldineisd.org bookmarks tab, scroll down to the bottom, and click RtI-Face-to-Face Log. 

2. Fill in the log and press submit at the bottom.

I have placed current RtI student lists in your mailboxes. If you didn't receive a list, it's because those students maybe in your partner's homeroom or you may not have any at this time. Next week is Universal Screening, and I will try to pick up students when I'm not testing or supporting in room 409. You will continue to receive updated RtI lists throughout the school year or as needed. Please be sure to check out the What's Hootin for more RtI updates! Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and flexibility, it is greatly appreciated!

• Google Face-to-Face Log (ALL teachers must use this link to document Tier 2 interventions)

The Google Face-to-Face Log is REQUIRED and must be completed when you have provided interventions for your TIER 2 students. The logs will be checked weekly to ensure that this has been done.
