Interactive White Boards Issues & Solutions
Interactive White Boards
If your board is buzzing or humming, the only thing that can be done is to turn the sound OFF.
If your board is not allowing you to calibrate or to have interactive I need you to check the following things:
- take any magnets on your white board off and try to re-calibrate
- click the IWB button on your remote
If these items do not help with your issues, please email me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Reminder about Requests and Technology
This school year I will have one day a week that I will be working on all book and technology requests. Please make sure to give me plenty of time to get items done.

Secure Print
I have updated everybody's copy information, if you cannot SECURE print you will need to put a HELP DESK TICKET in.
If you call (56263) make sure to have the Computer Name ready for them, so they can remote in AND the Xerox information is: Xerox D-95 Copier-Printer PCL6
If you put in a Ticket on eportal input all of the above information and when they call you, they can then remote into your computer.

If you have EXTRA technology, cords, etc. Please send me an email and I will come and get it within the next couple of weeks. So put it off to the side and be patient.
