TEACHER BOOK FAIR PREVIEW

Thursday during your lunch there will be a BOOK PREVIEW for all staff! 

Please stop by at any time during the day on Thursday to take a look at what we have to offer. During lunch, I will have lunch provided for you all! Comment below if you will be stopping by!!! 

Inside of your invitations that were in your boxes yesterday, there are raffle tickets and there was a scavenger hunt that will be used on Thursday!!!

There are SIX raffle tickets, as you complete these please write your name on the ticket and drop it off in the LMC, the raffle will end on Thursday afternoon!!!

BOOK FAIR!!!

HANDOUTS!!!


Teachers, you should have 3 different papers in your box to distribute to your students on Tuesday! Please make sure these items get home on TUESDAY!!! There is a green, white, and pink paper for EACH student! 



Teachers, ALL FOR BOOKS will start on Monday, so make sure to talk to your students about bringing in change! We will have the following schedule and a note will go home Thursday about this:

Monday - pennies
Tuesday - nickles
Wednesday - dimes
Thursday - quarters
Friday - mix of everything

We will have a few competitions happening for ALL FOR BOOKS!!! 

1. The class with the most money brought in will all get a FREE BOOK!!!

2. The GRADE LEVEL with the most money brought will be able to pick an administrator to have something fun done to them (more information to come).

The Book Fair is Coming AGAIN

Start planting the seeds of our next book fair, it has come up fast!!! Letters and flyers will be going home over the next couple of weeks, so make sure to keep an eye open! 

I will also have a couple of videos, for you all to share with the students containing some very important information about some grade level contests AND school wide contests that have to do with the BOOK FAIR!!! 

I am beyond excited to see what this book fair holds for us, with the first book fair we ended with $5,223.90, so can you imagine what this next fair will bring us!?!?!?

World Read Aloud Day

Just a reminder that February 16th is WORLD READ ALOUD DAY!

Here is a website about more information about World Read Aloud Day and even some activities that can be used! We all read out loud to our students at least once in a day, on this day maybe have a student read out loud to a group! We will be doing a lot of student led reading in the LMC this day! Don't forget to take pictures and share what all you are doing, please share them on this blog post with me.
